Based on best practices observed in Italy and in France, the second objective is to harmonize the interview methods between the two countries and thus positively influence future professional practices.
HOW IT WORKS
Interviews of- & Survey with- Professionals
About 10 interviews will be conducted with social workers in child welfare agencies and in NGOs in order to questionne their practices in terms of young HT victims interview, their strategies to overcome recurrent difficulties, etc.
A survey will then be built and sent to a broader number of social workers in order to have a more complete overview of the way interviews are conducted in the two countries. |
Victims' Interviews Study
A study of integral transcripts of real interviews with young HT victims will be made in order to complete the consultation, identify the dynamics of the interviews (professionals' questions and victims' answers), etc.
|
Propose
Detailed recommendations will be proposed to enhance the interviews conducted by social workers with young HT victims.
These recommendations will be based on the best practices observed in the field, the proposals formulated by the social workers themselves, and the international guidelines for best practice established in forensic psychology. |
